Refunds
Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 3 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met in full:

  1. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  2. Unused: The item must not have been used, handled excessively, or removed from its original protective wrapping.
  3. Undamaged: The item must not have any visible damage, including minor scratches, dents, or imperfections caused during shipment.
  4. Receipt: The original purchase receipt must be included, and the purchase must be verified against the original payment method.
  5. Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from the Operator prior to initiating the return. Requests without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

If any of the above conditions are not met exactly, the Operator reserves the right to reject the return and refund request without further notice.

Additional Conditions

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return process, including any customs or import fees.
  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be shipped and received at our facility within 7 calendar days of the RAN being issued.
  • Sale Items: Refunds on sale or discounted items are permissible but subject to the same strict conditions as regularly priced items.

Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as refunds. Processing time for exchanges may vary and is subject to approval by the Operator.
